I have just quickly looked at the DB and here are the mistakes I spotted on my first look:

Agito AUW 1975 is an 11 stars weapon

Akiko’s Frying Pan’s special is Mind and its MST bonus is +30

Akiko’s Wok is a Saber

Anti Android Rifle’s special is Tempest

Brave Knuckle's special is Hold

It’s Havoc and not Havok

Drill Launcher’s special is penetration

Egg Blaster special is Flame

Evil Curst’s special is Megid (varying low level)

Flight Cutter special is Devil’s

Flower Cane can only be equipped by non-droid females

Frozen Shooter will always freeze the target, and Snow Queen has the exact same special

Gal Wind special is an energy wave that penetrates the oppenents at the cost of 7% your max HP for each “card” thrown (same as Orotiagito)

Guardianna’s special is Spirit

Guld Milla’s special is Gush (and the code of the page is messed up =/)

It would be more accurate to say that the Heaven Punisher special works when the first Beats digit is an even number.

Hildeblue’s Cane’s special is Gibarta

Holy Ray is a 10 stars weapon and its special is Arrest

Imperial Pick’s special is Devil’s

Madam’s Parasol’s special is Spirit

Madam’s Umbrella’s special is Berserk

I have clearly overlooked the description part, but I have noted that many are missing, I will submit them when I have time to actually note down which one you are missing.
Some of the descriptions you have are the one for v2, it may be more accurate to list the v3 description instead.

As for the pics, I have pics for almost all items in game, I do not own the items, I just ask to take a pic whenever I see someone with an item I do not own, if I get unlazy I will send them all to decswxaqz or the admin I am supposd to send them to.

Most of your special attacks levels are off, i.e. when you say Arrest, it is sometimes actually Seize, same for Burning/Flame, Dark/Hell, Havoc/Chaos, Blizzard/Freeze, Gush/Fill, Soul/Geist, etc.

In case you care, I can give you the accurate specials.

One last important thing, the technique bonuses are missing, unless there is a guide somewhere that I missed, I can let you know, I have them on the top of my head.

Vjayas special is charge kefka, thats why when you use the special, it uses 10000 meseta. As far everything else...good job? I mean it is but, damn that was a little too detailed. Not a bad thing but geez, how can you stand to sit there that long to go through everything and then correct ALL the mistakes...

Charge: consumes 200 meseta per target successfully hit to execute an attack with twice the power of a strong attack.

Vjaya: consumes 10000 meseta per swing to execute an attack with three times the power of a strong attack, whether you hit or not.
