Firstly, you cannot do this in single mode offline, you either do it Online, or in Multi-mode offline.

It really isnt that hard. To see RICO, you need to have a dark weapon: (Dark Flow, Dark Meteor, Dark Bridge) In your inventory, and I believe you need to hit dark falzs third form with it at least once, after the battle, a little flash of red comes up along with a little jingle. So, you go back to the pioneer two, and revisit the boss fighting area, and the music is different, rico is standing near the monolith as well.

For Flowen, you need to use a Red weapon, such as a red Mechgun, Red Handgun, Red Saber, Red Sword, Red Partisan, etc. I think you need to use the red weapon the whole battle, and then again, when the battle is over, there should be a flash of a large blue ring, and the sam jingle again. Take everyone back to the pioneer two, then revisit the fighting area, and flowen should be there, along with different,

If you have episode 3, you probobly have heart of The Concept Of Love, but Jet Set Radio Future. Title sounds corny, but it's an awesome song to dance to in the lobby. And I have plenty of money from tournaments to listent to it. Plus if you have WinMX, you can search for it. There's only like 1 or 2 files it ever finds, then they have to be the right song. But it's worth it because it saves you meseta for other songs you mostly won't find on a download program.

Cry for IDOLA, The holy is the best of all. I killed D.Falz on V-Hard on DC 12 times just to feel the real sensation of this song. It's Amazing!!!!!!!!
