You find these from enemys. The drops (ultimate) are from:

Redria:
pal rappy - red handgun
tallow - red saber
melqueek - red sword
nano dragon - red slicer
deld - red mechgun

Skyly:
hildetorr - red saber
govulmer - red sword
crimson assasin - red dagger
nano dragon - red slicer

Oran:
crimson assasin - red partisan
hildetorr - red saber
crimson assasin - red partizan

Viridia:
nano dragon - red sword

Purplenum:
el rappy - red handgun
pan arms - red dagger
deld - red mechgun

Greenill:
tallow - red handgun
pan arms - red dagger
dark gunner - red mechgun

Bluefull:
crimson assasin - red partizan

Pinkal:
bartle - red saber

Whitill:
pal rappy - red partizan
hidelt - red saber
melqueek - red sword
oblilly - red handgun
merlan - red mechgun

Hmm well I dont know about "getting" the DNA. Maybe Lionheart can help you or Orphen because they have every/most of the rares in the game.

What does Olga's DNA do anyhow?

The red weapons don't affect weather you get the Olga DNA and you use it to create the dark weapons.

there is no way to get the DNA, it's a hack, the drop rate is set to 0%

you can use the red weapons to see Flowen though, online or in offline multi.

is it true, if that u kill episode 1 or 2 on ultimate the last bosses with the soul eater that u get the weapons that u see fall?. and this olga dna is said that u can get it from the last boss in ultimate on episode 2.

What does Olga's DNA do anyhow?

They suppossedly make the most powerfull weapons in the game.

Dark Flow (A One-Hit sword for hunters with an awesome special if your HP is reduced to 1/10)
Dark Meteor (A One-hit spread for Rangers)
Dark Bridge (A cane similiar to the attributes of a Psycho Wand)

HA! This is to confirm that it IS possible to obtain a legit parasitic gene flow.
I know because I found one.
However, I am perfectly aware that Im just going to be called a liar therefore i am going to try and get another. Only this time im going to get video evidence.
Maybe that will stop all the bad publicity surrounding Dark weapons.

Just in case anyone is interested, the gene was found offline after 84 (yes i did count, no i dont have anything better to do)
seabed runs using a Lavis cannon with a Whitill HUmar.

I DID NOT USE ANY FANCY TRICKS TO GET IT. No red weapon and no fancy telepipe trick. Just good old fashioned killing everything in sight :evil:

Also, as for the drop rates;
1. Wouldnt it be pretty pointless to create an item that is impossible to get?
2. How would anyone outside of sega themselves know what the drop rates are?
Where did the charts come from anyway?
Did someone just make them up going by the maximum number of a certain enemy someone can kill before getting a rare item?
3. Why bother with drop rates? An item with a drop rate of 1/10,000 could be found after killing just 2 of these enemies if you were lucky enough.

And finally (at last) as for the Dark weapons being the most powerful weapons in the game, I cant say anything for the Dark bridge or Dark meteor but as for the Dark Flow, it may well be the most powerful sword type weapon in the game but because it doesnt have a three hit combo it makes it a little less entertaining.
Its special attack looks good and is ranged, but only does slightly more damage than its heavy attack. In short, the price you pay to unlock its special attack isnt really worth it.
