OMG! i thought the Yellow/Black ring were hacks but i was wrong! i just got the Yellow Ring from Ep2 Challenge mode. When you complete challenge mode and redo any of the challenges and get a better time, you get a prize. The prized is based upon your new time ( There is an S rank time and an A rank time for each challenge). When i rebeat Ep2 challenge 5, i got an A rank time and Yellow Ring was the only the choice i could pick! So im assuming Black ring is there for S rank.

From what i know, yes you can get yellow ring from EP2 C-mode, it puts luck up doesn't it?
Not sure about the black ring.

yeah it says "...blessed with greater fortune". Um i would assume Black ring is out too...i have the other 6...all i need is the Black (or if its another color, whatever color it is).

Online Ep2 C-mode prizes
S-Rank = weapon of your choice that you can name
A-Rank = Yellow Ring
B-Rank = Hunter, Ranger or Force Field
Offline Ep2 C-mode prizes (only playable if you have PSO+)
S-Rank = same weapons as offline Ep1 C-mode S-Rank prizes
A-Rank = Blue Ring
B-Rank = Green Ring
Black Ring is still unreleased.

no no kefka, these are the prizes you get AFTER you beat Cmode with your Srank. You cant possibly get another Srank weapon for getting an Srank time on one of the challenges you rebeat....

You have that many Bu-eis and haven't noticed that you get the A/B rank prizes when you redo a stage after completing cmode in an S rank time?! o_O

yeah i have man...ugh...i meant on ep2 you get the ring, on ep1 you can get the 2 god shields and thats it. Ive only gotten one prize on ep2 and that was the A rank prize of the yellow ring. I dont know what you get for getting an S time when redoing a C but ill soon find out *prays for black ring*

No, like Kefka said, on Ep1 you get the 2 god shields and on Ep2 you get the Yellow ring and either Hunter, Force or Ranger field. It isn't dependant on time, you just go play through a random stage again and it gives you either an A or B rank prize. I thought it was common practice for people to go get the A/B prizes after getting their sranks? o_O

it is dependant on your new time, trust me ive done it on ep1. Each challenge as a time frame rank (for example, anything under 10 minutes on C1 is labeled an S-rank time, i believe 10:01-14 or so is an A and i dont know the B). And i did get the shields on Ep1 but once you get the 2 shields you cant get any other prizes. Anyway, i never bothered to see what A and B rank gave you on Ep1 (none of my redo times were ever that bad...) but i know an A rank time gives you yellow ring on Ep2 and ill see what S gets you (apparently B are the Hunter/Force Fields...).

No, no, no, Lion, you don't get it :L
If you already beat all the stages with an S-Rank, beating ANY stage again will give you the A rank, do it again and it will give you a B rank, and that's all you can get from C-mode, whether on or offline Ep1 & 2 alike.
The thing is you got S-Rank the first try, so you need to beat ANY challenge again to get A and B rank prizes. Which is the only mean to get them in that scenario, by the way.
There is no rank for each stage, you could do Ep1 C1 in 30 minutes, and still get S-Rank in the end.
I wonder why B-Rank is the Fields and not the Black Ring =/ ah... ST...
