Tae Kwon Do is good, anything that trains you in the art of manipulating your bodys energy is a good thing. Just focus, see the good in it, youll be much stronger than you realize afterwards. But this isnt the place to discuss it (unless of course youre obsessed with Tae Kwon Do
)
