ive got the sheild and sword(auw 3084) so how do i get the frame its not on any of the drop charts

simple when you equip all 3 they make each other stronger the stats go up by about 50% i think

there's no visual effect, and for DB/Flowen combo, you only get bonus with the 9-star swords.

To add a bit of clarification, the 9* ones are the ones that do not say "AUW 30XX, replica by XYZ Co." where 30XX is a random year number and XYZ Co. are the mentioned replicators. It should just say "Replica of a sword once used by the military. An extremely common replica".
