What is the maximum "grind" for my weapon?

Does anyone know where I could find a full list of the maximum "grinds" for all weapons available in Phantasy Star Online: Episode I & II for Game Cube? I am really set on getting the most out of my characters and equipment.

The Weapon database here has the maximum grind for each rare weapon.
