YAY! I finally got my FOnewm to a high enough level to equip this. It's a FOnewm only armor and it's very good (second only to the Aura Field which I'll have to make for him when the time comes) and it looks VERY cool. I really like it, just wanted to share.

Lionheart, a quick question. What is the best armour a HUcaseal can have? And what is the best shield?

Nice, Lionheart, it does look cool
But there are actually 4 armours that are better than Smoking Plate.
And best armour for HUcaseal is Luminous Field, it's the best armour droids can use :L

there are 4 better that the FOnewm can equip? Are you sure, I compared with some (maybe I just have bad stat fluxuations) and only the Aura Field showed up better (well and the Virus Armor but doesn't that lower evade or something...I can't remember but for some reason I thought it was worse).
WEDNESDAY!!!! You're back! You were missed. In my humble opinion, I feel that the Electro Frame is good, but I do know the Luminous Field was my armor of choice for a long time. Never tried stat comparisons of the two but my HUcaseal uses the Electro Frame and I'm happy with it). As for Shield, Kasami bracer would probably be best but I prefer the Tripolic Shield (definitely use the Tripol until you can equip the Kasami).

Best armour for fleshbags is Aura Field, best for droids is Luminous Field.
Lionheart, I was refering to armour with base stats, you could find a Guardwave better than a DF Field, but it's all random :S
Armors go like that :
Virus Armor:Lafuteria > Aura Field > Luminous Field > Electro Frame > Love Heart > Smoking Plate > DF Field > Brightness Circle > Flame Garment > Guard Wave

yeah see that's what I meant, the armors I have generally have less in the base defense over my smoking plate. Anyway, any talk of armor besides the Smoking Plate is off topic so *cough*
