see, I should really try using different pencils to give different looks to my drawings.

if you get different pencils, i suggest derwent(i think thats the spelling). theyre pretty nice.

thats because were the only serious artists that post often. I only need to shade about 4/12 people on that drawing and it's done, it'll be done today.

have you tried any other medians of art besides graphite(pencil)

yeah I've used Photoshop/Illustrator with the drawing pad that plugs into your USB port. I don't like that as much though. Oh and I sent Decs my new drawing, it should be up in my art thread today.

you should try other thinks, you may be good at those too. you never know unless you try.

oh most definitely, I need to broaden my horizons in art, after all, I'm gonna try to make a career out of it...

like i said b4 i use pastels. they are strange and have a wrong reputation for being the "pastel" colours(haha spelled english way) but they are very fun, a mix between drawing and painting, and can look very realistic,abstract,expressive, or whatever. plus there is soft, hard, or oil pastels, or conte crayons (expensive but very high quality) so its not a limited field. (im just trying to push my favorite on ya, can ya tell?)

wow! thats heavy compared to my stick figures in pen.... (LOL! j/k I both draw and paint, i specialize in drawing castles and skyscrapers.... though I havent for a while...)
