does aol work

I heard that aol doesn't work if you try going online, can someone please comfirm this, otherwise ill have to wait until march next year to go online :'(

If you are able to setup internet connection sharing via your pc then it will work.

Or go to Virgin.com and sign up for pay as you go internet connection (I belive that is correct I may be wrong, if it asks for credit card info, it is wrong)

Then use that screename, password and telephone number with your GC and you will connect.

i dont get that, if it was pay as you go then wouldnt it be £1/min or something like that

Exacly.

I use AOL as my ISP. Just register at Virgin for that internet thingy, it wont change your ISP don't worry.

You only need the screename, password and phone number it gives you. Either that or you could try the difficult way and ask someone for theirs.
