where is it easy to find rares offline i know it has to be hard to ultimate.

by the way what does vega mean?

Vega is a online Lobby were many hackers are hanging...
You could go for the akiko's frying pan or the soul eater...
thats easy rares...or complete C.Mode
Kain/HUcast/Oran/ Lvl 99 (!!)
ROXY/Ramarl/Yellowboze/ Lvl 38
Kizzerug/Fonewearl/Pinkal/ Lvl 19

Completing cmode is not easy.

There are not many hackers hanging around vega. There are many cheaters and dupe users, but not hackers.

sr388, your level and section id would help.

dont know bout vega but u can get animal parts in the ruins on normal go to the hunters guild, select unsealed door and find montague outside he'll turn im into rares as long as mission is done

some thing im confused about can u help me its on all the drop charts it says bartle drops a inferno bozzerker (soz for the bad spelling) for the medal pinkal but i don't get that i get silence claw why? :S if u understand wot im sayin
