Dark Falz, and for a RA, yes Normal Ruins would be hard because you can't deal a lot of damage. By 30 you should get to Hard mode though.

oh, as a HU you could've been done at like level 15 or less (I think I did it at 12, not sure anymore).

thats pretty low but im not that good at playing pso so its kinda hard and chaos bringers destroys my playing

is a force good for offline ruins? atually, ive had lots of trouble offline using my force. but using hunters and rangers offline is easy

a force is fine offline or online in ruins, just keep your distance and spam the Ra- spells.

oh my...that's pretty bad, the average level to be out of hard mode is level 40 so the EXP on hard mode isn't even gonna be good for your ranger when you finally get there...
