First off, this thread is for PSO discussion. If you are arranging times to meet someone, then Meetings. General talk that can involve everyone, can be in General Chat.
You aren't even explaining what TJBI or V club is. If it's totally random then that would surely suggest a random topic which belongs in The Void.

If you want to just talk, and the last thread was between 3 people, why not just download a messaging program? There are lots and most are free. And if you have a Hotmail/Yahoo account, it's easier to check email if you have one of these....
