well actually someguy that was online on the X-box version had a funny looking character cause he was using a laser , and shooting level 30 tech's i know this guy and he's not a hacker

Hes a hacker, no mage can use level 30 grants at 67, ivan is lv 109 and could barely use with his best mag, a level or two ago.
