Help With Converting animal parts

Hey Guys. A little help if you will.
I cant find the dr to get monster parts converted. During Dr Ostro Research or Unsealed door. the only person i can find keeps saying that he needs elanor. any help apprecited. Chaos

Have you done the underground delivery quest? Where you have to deliver some sort of battery to elenor?

Oh, I think you need to find Elenor when you're in the mines. (Dr. Osto's research) did you find her?
