Its about a girl who gets pulled into a book called "The Legend of the Four Gods, Heaven, and Earth". Once there, she has to gather the "Suzaku Seven" her personal warriors. But of course there's always a bad side to the story. Her friend gets pulled in too and is put against her by the "Seiryuu Seven", another set of warriors of one of the four gods.

funny because I had no trouble telling that was a boy zef, maybe I've just watched anime for too long lol.

I loooooove Fushigi Yugi!! So many great bishonen!! I got the first DVD last Sunday. Really good! I've got some good manga recomendations for you people: Fake, Eerie Queerie, Shutterbox, and Vampire Game. Fake and Eerie are yaoi, for those of you who don't know. I've read he first of all these, and I love 'em!

Eerie is more comedic. Fake is kinda tense, dramatic, but not to the point where it's really romantic. It's kinda hard to explain it. The whole way through it, I was like, "Come on!! You two GOTTA get together!!" Plus, it doesn't leave you at a cliffhanger, so you don't finish it being ticked off.

I've read like half of the fake manga out there, I've read Gravitation too. Both of them are really good, even if they are shonen- ai. And BTW Gotien, you find out about summoning Suzaku like in the very beginning. Its kinda the point of her being the priestess...
