I'm curios, can you get spread needle offline? Everyone would like to find out, although if it was possible to find spread needle offline wouldn't everyone have one?

The spread needle can be found offline...
As to why everyone doesnt have one.... well some people obviously havnt gone searching for one, or it could be teh case that they are never lucky enough. Even though the spread needle is one ot the best ranger weps, it isnt everyones fav ranger weapon, so thats a few reasons why everyone isnt using one.

The spread needle can be found on a number of section ID's.

The link above will tell you which areas, creatures and section ID you need to find a spread needle.

Sec ID's that find spread needle: Ult Ruins: Greenill, Purplenum, Redria, Yellowboze.
