Forgotten Username/Password on Playsega, can anyone help??

I was trying to get online today, but I registered my serial number/access key ages ago and have forgotten the username and password! And if I try to register them again, it says they already in use. Can anyone help me?
Corrupted once - Before corruption, Level 136 RAmar, 44 FOnewearl, 39 HUcast and level 19 RAcast
After corruption - Level 20 RAmar
