yes in ult about 1/4 of the rappys are like huge!!!! and the rare vr pal rapy and thay look like a skitol camershol "skitols tast the power of the rambow"

Actually,the fat version of a rappy has a higher chance of giving a rare.
Got the Red Partizan from a Fat Pal Rappy(The rare version on ULT.).

Noticed some time after getting in ULT.Most of the times u have to kill the rappy when it tryes to run away.
Even if the Fat version doesn't give a rare,u'l notice a higher quallity of the item it drops.
