S-rank twin swords are only prizes for Episode 2 Cmode, which needs to be completed in under 5 hours iirc.
Asuka is only better because it can be found with hit, whereas S-rank weapons will never have any percents.

Let's not forget that you can also give S-Ranks a custom special, whereas the Asuka's special is useless.
