I found one of these in hard (i have about 12 now) and it has lasted me since then, and now i am lvl 123 in ult, is there anything better than it, because i haven't found anything yet and im redria

you can pick up or buy ultimate shield / spritual shield in ultimate, and for the rare sheilds there's DB's shield which is easy to get on greenill and redria in a couple places on each and you can get flowen's shield on both also but a little harder to find

He's a FOmar so he can't use those the best shield he get is probably a Tripolic shield lvl 101 useable by all classes.

Are you could try to get a quest shield:

Ragol Ring : Seat of the Heart
Purple Ring : TTF
White Ring : Trial of the Lab
Works Guard : Respective Future
Black Gear : Gallon's shop

if ur redria then u can find the kasumi bracer now thats a sheild it somthing like 246 dfp
i think you find it on the mines on ult

Kasami Bracer is HU only, the shields I listed are your best bet. To be honest the only thing a male FO can use that's better than sercet gear is Tripolic Shield. Female's have the option of: Safety Heart, Rico's earrings and glasses.

The Kasami Bracer drops in UTL for:

Bluefull : Caves : Nano Dragon
Purplenum : Mines : Cananbin.

and it adds 247 evasion and 106 def. and 35 ATP!!!
