if im not mistaken the wave beam is a just light energy. so nothing can pass thru the mirror shield. samus's screw atk isnt invincible, in super smash bros u can shoot her with guns with stuff and she can get hurt. plus links spin atk can knock samus out of screw atk. and with samus's running speed there. u can only run in one direction. as soon as she jumps and lands it stops.link can easily dodge that. and the ice beam is just wait to slow to deploy and shoot. and u cant go saying that the master sword can break cause it cant. its the legendary sword. and link can up jab and down jab as well.

smash brothers doesnt count as most charcters are herendosly under or over powered i mean peach beating ganondorf come off it

every thing else you said except for the master sword bit is rubbish. the speed booster allows samus to trvel at super sonic speed and for the love of god a mirror isnt a good defense against superior technology if you said the spell narus love the yeah it would defend him for a while and samus's beam attacks are a hell of a lot faster than any arrow i mean all of them plus miissles pwn bombs and super missles =dead link let alone diffusion and beam combos

i don't know why everybody compares link to samus through smash brothers, i mean Sd28 is right you can't rely on smash brothers, you have to look at the tech, and items of each character and then decide which is would completly pwn the other. although samus would completly win, duh.

Depends who does what. I mean Samus could do cool flips and get owned by Link's keen marksmanship . Or, Samus could charge up and totally own Link unless hes using the mirror shield or somehow deflects it with his sword. Samus could fire a missle and Link couldn't really do anything other than use his ocarina to run away.
