please help, the ult. cave boss keeps owning me!
i'm and HUcast lvl 94 with :yamato +60, Dragon slayer +14, Varista +12
i used 3 scapedolls last time and still got killed, any tactics? (especially for that beam attack -_-')

ROXY/Ramarl/Yellowboze/ Lvl 38
Kizzerug/Fonewearl/Pinkal/ Lvl 19
Last Find: 2 Dragon Slayers and a stag cutlery in the same room! Ownage again!

Well, for the beam attack, this may sound odd, but just stand right in front of dal ral lie, and stand as close to him as you can, the beam should miss, and as for the rest, well, I guess you should just time your attacks with his tentacle hit, as well as use a slicer or a sword type weapon, like that dragon slayer, to hit all of his parts when he gets onto the ship. Slicers might work better.

I use a diska of Braveman, with my FOmar and it worked really well, i didn't need to use a scapedoll, slicers are generally good against most bosses

The boy be right. A good slice is actually good for al of the bosses if you are a HU. Might as well toss it though and use a shot if you're a ranger. Now you've got me wanting to play. Lol, guess I will go on when I am done posting.

What i did was leave the main head as his mask is to well'ly defended so aimed at the first part of the big bad bosses neck!

when he was next to the boat i just keep hitting him with my rappy's fan, when he was on it, i beated him with my dragons claw(wich i am proud off ^_^) and my yamato's. and the laser thingie went trough me :S
weird, but i only used 7 dimates!
pretty easy actualy.

Congratultions, that boss is always week against slicers

And that technique to dodge the laser always helps. Especially because he fires his laser like a psycho.
