I think its got something to do with the amount of that card. the more u have of that card the more chance of changing,normally into sumthing gud!

I'm not to sure why it happens but it has happened to me before i won a bind card and it turned into a red handgun about 5 seconds after i pulled out of the pack.

cool it almost happened with me i got a booma and it started 2 glow then stoped and nothing changed at all it was still just a stupid booma

i think when it glows and tries to change, thats when if u have loads it will change. You will see a percentage at the bottom?

i didnt really look i was to busy looking at the card in anticipation but nothing dam well happened does it only happen online or will it happen off as well?

It happens offline aswell, if the card glows and doesn't change i think the chances of it changing next time are increased, or something like that.

Thats correct, about 0.2 % each time it tries to change.
