need help beatin olga flow on unltimate

and he is vulnerable to a tech aswell i have not done him yet but i used fioe and it done damage when i was flowen.

Indeed, I have not played it as a Force in a while, Olga Flow, in his second form also becomes vulnerable to either fire, ice, lightning or light, but this applies to the whole fight, not just when he turns you into Flowen.
It can change his weakness anytime.

Not true, last time I saw him "change" was when I was in a team with three Rangers and a Hunter.

Olga is hard enough on normal.
I've seen him take out a level 67 force on normal!!!!!
And I din't even want to think what he'll do to my hunewearl...

no he will change it doesnt matter if youre a force or a hunter his resists and the "flowenness" will change at what appears to me to be random times and evry one should know this.
