if you got a skyly then you shound start getting a plague of them on hard/vhard then you start to complain that youv'e got to many of the things same as flowens sword and last survior you find them in abundance

yes you can get it if a boss on ult (da ra lie i think!!) but he will find plenty of dragon slayers before then

Dragon Slayer is clearly better than Soul Eater, especially if you're a male, but the ATA and Special of the Soul Eater might be helpful until you reach Ultimate (where Soul Eater becomes useless).

Look for Dragon Slayers with hit%.

Hell no.
Its around the 400 regions to use Dragon Slayer. And one with hit kicks extreme ass, like Kef said.
