On DC, the max was 60%.

the luck doesent matter in what ya find huh?! i think its only for critical hits...

Luck is high tech luck (as said in the mannual) and criticals, It's all to do with beat time (a thorey that some one actaully worked out how It worked and so am I...damn I'm a nerd...but I am trying to learn programing...)

Not true, I found them, I was puzzled too and emailed sega and they siad it was a technical fault on the internet and I geve them the wep and chaged it 0, 60, 60, 60 on the spread needle.
Heavens Punisher I had in my inventory after the game crashed just after killing vol opt ( the screen went kinda purple and quit game auto), it was wierd but I sold it afterwards as I couldn't use and wasn't online.
