Ideas for new techs

I've thought of some techs based on the Eldar psyker powers in Warhammer 40K:

Eldritch Storm series
Turba
Lashes one enemy with a jet of air and lightning.
Giturba
Blasts the area around the user with an electric whirlwind.
Raturba
Concentrates the destructive power of a thunderstorm on a group of enemies.

Destructor series
Verso
Bombards one enemy with a bolt of energy.
Giverso
A spear of seething energy falls from the heavens to strike one enemy.
Raverso
A linear attack that blasts enemies with a cloud of focused anger and wrath.

Mind War series
Culex
Attacks one enemy with a long-distance physical attack.
Giculex
Destructive technique that shreds an enemy's brain from within. Can cause instant death.
Raculex
Bonds the mind of an enemy with that of the caster...

(mimas' notes: I've included Raculex to provide a very basic version of Falz's infamous soul-leech ability.)

I think that there should be an Earth attack which causes a shock wave of energy causing the earth around you to ripple knocking enemies flying. (based on the Earth rune in Dwarfs in Warhammer FB)

Mst needed for lv1=95
Mst needed for lv30=1200
Drop rate for Lv1=Kill Ultimate Forest boss-67/102
Drop rate for lv30=234000 Kill Ultimate Ruins boss-103/432
To make sure this is the drop rate for all IDs
Sell value for Lv1=520,000
Sell value for Lv30=999,999
Note this item is a rare and brakes the 10 mesta rule for rares.
You can also bind this with something to make it pudding..
You can also bind this with something to make applesauce.....
You can also bind this with something to make the best Tech...Icecream...

Note: Dont get your hopes up you will find this in less than a mounth...

Something like a power up... DBZ move. Big power up so all enemies fly backwards.

I reckon that they should make techs like the demi spells from FF

a poison tech wouldnt be bad as with each lv it does more damage over a longer amount of time

yeah, i like that idea, it's nuts that you can't poison enemies!
I wouldn't mind seeing non-element spells that hit more than once ( ie ten times) so

Neddlia
Shoots a hundred needles hitting the enemie hundred times
only does one damage a hit and goes up one per level (or you will be doing like a million damage! Only five levels)

Strikes an enemy with a blast of red light, hitting five times.
