Yes and no - you see, there are those who have hacked a Dark Flow straight out of the game data, but the Parasitic Gene "Flow" is the hack that is used to make it.

my favorite is the Tsumikiri J-Sword. and no the Parasetic gene flow is not a hack and neither is the Dark Flow. The way you get is through beating Olga Flow through Ultimate mode.
