Hmm...good reason to mute the TV.

No need to, fortunately they were prepared for such incidences including foul mouthed jerks. All you have to do is voice ban them, that way you can carry on with conversing with your buds and you wont hear the baddies at all. If you want you can file a complaint, enough comlaints against a players, they'll be marned, then suspended play, then banned off PSO. That's the intention, although I don't know how well they enforce the banning. I do know of people who got warnings and one who was suspended.
