I just got an ancient saber, and it goes very nicely with my best deck.

i think there is a greater chance of getting an s rank(or rare) in the diff card packs, not just bcos the card type ratio. ive been taking the blue pack every time until now (cuz im trying to beat castor) and ive been getting mainly monsters but a fair amount of everything else. Then i picked a green pack and got 5 new action cards at once, maybe you can only get caertain cards in certain packs? More likely it is that you have a much greater chance of a rarer card of the same type as the ratio the pack goes by.
Say at level 40 theres a 5% chance of chaos bringer in blue pack and 1% in black pack (that is 5% for each card pulled not 5% chance for whole pack)
not including the ratio of how many monsters to items to action to assist.
*Whew* outta breath!

i must just be lucky, i read elsewhere in the forum that sranks appear at lvl 21, and 6 fights into lvl 21 i got my chaos bringer. however im now level 27 and havent seen a single s rank since then.

Yes. I would hav to agree, the Yamigarasu is quite the insanely awesome card. But Merlans are something I can most indefinitely do without.
