Hi everyone, I have another question sorry. It is about s-rank weapons. I hear people talking about them a lot so i gather they are good and worth having, what is the best for my Fomar a wand perhaps? I wondered what was so special about them-do they look different or are stronger? If they are worth getting i'll try to do challenge mode and get one.

S-Ranks are ok when you first get them. They seem really weak though compared to even non rare items. But their power lies in how high you can grind them. Most weapons only allow you to grind them up to about 30. S-Ranks can go to +250 which adds a nice +500 ATP to your char. They are gold in colour, but they are look alike weapons, like cross scar and I think it is caliburs that have the ywllo colour.
For any character, a twin is the best choice usually, if they can use it.

That is my old char and items before I got corrupted but you can see the S-Rank twin. Swords are quite good as well if you are a hunter. People like to get a twin, and a pair of mechguns. You'll need quite high dex though probably to use them effectively on Ultimate monsters. Most the best for FOmars me thinks.

when you grind items is it only atp that can be increased? I'm going to go on tonight and have a go at challenge i think

Y they're good,and remember,if u'r offline don't bother doing chalenge,it's not worth it(The prize offline is crap).

AHHH fock... dern u ... least u gave me a good warning.. i was reading this and the farther i went i got more excited for what i might find offline in challenge.... but no! crush my hopes at the last post!!!! ... gar.. so what would the best offline weapon be for a HUmar??? ive got some good stats .. i think..

Yeah. I would trade my S-Rank for Samba Maracas. Not really, but thats the sort of thing I want. They are crazy weapons, and hardly any people use them online. Either because they suck, of because people don't do offline c-mode.
