You can find it from Ult Dubchichs in VR Spaceship. But its a SKYLY only item, like SJS.

ya i just created a new Skyly guy and i was woundering can android rangers use most of the cool swords like th chain sword or not?

I have HUcaseal ID-Skyly-LV-113. Skyly is good ID for hunters!
I have faund Dragon slayer, red saber, chain sawd, red slicer, red dagger, demolition comet! Is not hard to get this weapons with Slyly ID! I play offline!

By the way, I must say, CHAIN SAWD RULES! I just found one, and it really rips those enemies apart. Its fully grinded now as well, and is so good. Just do Addicting Food repeatedly.
Ive had a proper bo'ful day today: Sange WITH 35% HIT! Chain Sawd (0/0/0/15), Havoc Calibur with 35% Native, A.Beast and Hit. And I levelled up!

1/2 from an ULT Caves Mil Lily. Better start piping, and carry lots of DARK DEFENCE to avoid Megid attacks from other Ob Lilies. Make sure you are in close range so that Mil dont Megid you, or you are screwed!!

Depending on your character, and also on how densely packed the Lilies are, you can freeze them all with Rabarta or a freeze trap. MUCH easier to pick off...
