When do you get to Episode 2? Do you have to play through Ult in Episode 1 to get to Episode 2 or do you start episode 2 whenever you want?

Alright thanx a lot i didnt want to have to play through all levels of episode 1.

It's best if you do play through ep1 as Temple (the first ep2 area) is actually harder than Caves at first, and Seabed is just torture on Normal for even a lv50 Hunter.

So is it just an option when your in the transporter for the first time or on the start up screen do you have to pick episode 1 or 2?

Its an options on the Start Screen. When you picked up a Char you can choice between Ep1 or Ep2.
Ep2 got a new Pioneer2 Area^^
If you play Onlien you can choice if ep1 or ep2 while creating the Game

So when you choose an episode after you choose a character, can you go back and play the other episode?

You choose your charakter and after that the game ask you if you want to play ep1 or ep2. If you played Ep2 and want to play ep1 just leave game, choose your charakter again and start the game with ep1.
