well, the problem with these is that it only shows some of the rares, not all ^_~...I think

But when you do actually need them, you need to search for them... here they are. PSO world has the same rates, sometimes with small differences.

PSO World's rates are more accurate as they are based on the same rates as the program BOM has.

Heyf00l's charts are awesome, but I don't feel a sticky is *that* necessary. Voting on this is kinda silly though, as it is up to the moderating team and not us

Taken from my brain:
The game data heyf00l uses goes to large decimal numbers. He rounds these numbers correctly mathematically, but incorrectly in PSO terms.
heyf00l was helped to get to the game data by the person who gave both my site and PSOW their rates.
