You have to do the quest on Ultimate. He will give ya a recipe that involves finding three minerals he names two of them and allows you to pick the third. The first is found by water within the forest lvls, the 2nd is off the dragon, the third has to be a mineral from Cave 3 to get a choice between the best three items. The three items are the supressed gun, god hand, and a cane which I forgot the name. Im not gonna lie and make a random name up for it.

Anyway, Skyly cant find Supressed Gun, but a Redria can get it from Love Rappy on Hard VR Temple. Skyly can get it from SoaB though!!!
Equip Custom Ray with the suiting Frame and Barrier and it is stronger than the Justy.

Anyway, Im going to get the God Hand (because its blatently the best for Hunters!), but Suppressed Gun is the choice for Rangers and Forces. The Technical Crozier SUCKS!! Dont get it, it casts Lv8 Barta and is pretty weak ive heard.
I find piping a Suppressed Gun would be better as you can get meaty percents and such that you cant get from SoaB.
