Its quite hard to get a lot of money early in the game, but if you take over a lot of other gangs areas you will get quite a lot of money building up outside your house. To rob houses you need a cirtain vehicle (R3 mission), i cant remember what its called but you can find one near some houses just accross the road from the gym near the start of the game. I dont really know about the pilots license, but you can fly planes without one, ive flown a dodo and something else that i cant remember the name of. But i think there a flying school somewhere so maybe you get a license there.

It maybe because youre flying over a no fly zone or a military base or something. Other than that im not sure.

If you mean the Getaway 2 black monday, then yes it probably will be, ie got gtaa and im getting it. If you mean the getaway 1 then maybe not, its a good game but you might be dissapointed by the lack of things to do after playing san andreas.
