I have a level 200 Deva ok? and it's cool (I think) What does it do or what makes it so rare or special compared to the other mags?

does anyone know how to raise a Sato or any other rare Mag specifically? I like rare mags. They're cool. I mean can anyone tell me exactly what to and how to fee them and stuff like that?

cool, but can anyone explain to me what dex=pow or whatever that says? I don't understand? Does their Dexterity level have to be the same as their power level in order to evolve to another level or something? I don't get it

besides looking cool rare mags have special abilleties like some when u enter a boss batlle it will give u invincebility for a while and some when ur pb is full thell cast s/d on u
