Your MST should be going up around 4-5 a level, but raising a mag with Moon Atomisers is recommended, as your magic goes up so much, it wont be long before you can use your decent items. QwertyMan, get your Yellowboze to pipe a Hildebear Head, and get the cane to your force. It has a relatively low MST requirement compared to Ice Staff Dagon and Cliub Of Laconium, and its a hell of a lot better than the 2 I just mentioned, with a nice special and high ATP and MST boosts!

but,
i have 2 angel/mind++'s & angel/tp & Master/Ability all equipped + my lvl 200 mag so my tp at lvl 15 is alrdy way above 1000

O.o im at level 57 and i Only have around 900 . Mind you i havent got anything that boosts tp on me

I had 4 wizard/techs along with all the mind materials i had saved from my other 5 chars(like 35 or so of them) and i equipped a hildebear cane, a bana with 145 MIND and i equipped all 4 angel/mind++ so that i could use a bunch of even higher disks sooner, she had like 800+ tp at lvl 18 with lvl 25+ techs all across the board, it was nice

yeah, that's the key to almost all RPG's tho, you have on character go out in front and get a bunch of cool stuff then you raise a bunch of other characters really quick with all the stuff you got for them, lol its cool
