I heard that fomars get a boosted range on shifta and deband along with resta. I was also told that its double the effect is this true??
Whats life without someone to risk it for...?

No, only double range on Shifta and Deband and 1.3 base boost on Gi techniques.

u can look at ragol character base, what each and every class gets as extra(FORCE)
