Connecting to alternate servers (legit guide)

If I posted a guide on how to get to the alternate servers would it be against any rule? I WILL not post any links to a pso cheat site. I will only post codes for your code breaker (US,EU and JP). If you dont have a code breaker i can post a direct link so you can dowload the .cdi image and burn it to a cd. This really isnt illegal because no one is making money off it anyways.

Sorta like private servers except they are freely avaible to public and are 100% legal. ST doesnt support DC or PC anymore....

yes, the guy that runs the server and wrote the software obtained permission from ST and Sega to run the server, since the games are no longer officially supported.. however, GameCube, Xbox, and Blue Burst would be illegal... i think a guide would be perfectly fine, but i'm not on the staff here...

if you have dial up, if ur using cable or DSL then its a cable link i believe

Arent the EU and JPN DC Servers still up??
What would be the Point of going to Those Servers if the Offical Ones are still up??
