I dont like to import goods. Nintendo have already stated that some accessories may not be compatable with the Nintendo DS if imported, which if true if items such as Web Linkup were made. Id much rather import games, then a machine.

There is nothing wrong with importing goods. My Gamecube came from America and I had Animal Crossing b4 any1 else!!!

I have seen some cool uses for the touch screen and some bad. It looks like a cool idea over all in just worried if it will be awkward holding the ds with one hand and using the stylus in the other :S

Ah well anyway im gona preorder mine in the next week or so

I too have pre-ordered my copy from that site. I will post my opinion of the system when I get it ^_^

Ok, bout this wireless and distance. The 802.11 if some people dont know is only 2mbps. The distance though varies. If your near a station that has wireless you can play as far as that station sends information. For proof its somewhere on nintendo. Can't remember where, but do remember reading it.

...thats right you guys are in UK huh? I get Nintendo DS's in my store on the 21 of this month! I got a promo jersey from nintendo as well, it looks cool and will definetly be a must buy for gamers all over the world

A bit of exaggeration i think. Anyway, The DS is out in america 2 weeks b4 Japan. The launch includes Mario 64 DS, Pokemon blast, Something called feel the magic, Animal crossing DS and more. Isnt there a Metroid game coming out with the Nintendo DS as well? or am i just thinking of Echoes which is coming out soon?

No, Metroid: Hunters? (Think thats the name) Demo - First Hunt comes packaged with the DS aswell as Pictochat (Full Version) in US for release at no extra cost!

Also in Japan, the DS has gone WAY overboard for Pre-Orders, exceeding Nintendos original target by... lots! Nintendo have had to produce extra DS' in China to make sure theres enough for release day! Now thats saying something for sure....
