Ep3:Delesaber and dolmolm card

The toy rappy I believe is unlockable, however, I am not very sure how to unlock it, but it does exist on the game.

hey i wasnt outsmarted, you try and look on the ep3 game disk and see if you can make anything out of that gibberish. and yes del lilly, gee, delsaber, toy rappy, and no they arent hacked cards they do have stats

the toy rappy was in the pso world card database

its not symbols its just some of the file extentions look like nothing and its kinda hard to make out names of stuff in file names, and yes toy rappy is real but i have no clue how to get it
