ok what the ell is "ill gil drop"? i keep reading that on items that i want but i have no clue what it means.. help n e one?

not the slitest clue.
edit: ill gils are a enamy in the tower quests that have a strong tendency for droping rares (i know with greenill thay drop flame garment)

Yes, Ill Gill is a very powerful enemy in the Tower quests. They drop the Demonic Fork which is a quite powerful weapon. Can't remember what IDs though. I think Pinkal is one.
