Online rules if u play with the right people... or maybe even alone!
All the seasonal updates make it really worthwhile though cos their so cool ^_^ and finding rares online is more then pleasurable (If thats a word!)! If you go online and constantly find good people to game with, then ull see its worth your money

Online does have it's cons, but they are far outstripped by the pros, sure, there's an underworld if you like, corruption, FSOD, hacking, and most vulgarously, duping, but if you can learn to ignore and stay away from these, online is great fun.

i like it for the fact i can play with people i have only got to talk too on forums and stuff like that, but i have noticed i only chat and never play online^^ i have 195 hrs on a lvl 131 Hunewearl and before online i had 89 hrs on a 122 Hunewearl :S lol

why does nintendo try to rip you off?
it costs like $10 for the broadband adapter and then you have to pay 10 more bucks each month for a hunter's license. If you buy the $40 or $50 game and get online immediately, your paying over 150 dollars in your first 12 months only! damn...
I'd like to go online, but it's just not worth it. unless this game is your life...
because pso is just a little game much less important than other things in life.
so all you lowlifes who spend 6 hours of their day playing the actual game and the other 6 hours posting on boards about what you've doing in the game, online is worth it for you.
then again, if you're rich...never mind

online is the best thing about pso...if you think otherwise you have social problems
being able to meet new people is great fun, and making friends that you train up with is great
avoiding hackers/non-legits/fsoders is quite easy, especially if you have friends to regularly play with, because you can just go to any old ship and they can search you and then meet you...well worth the money if you ask me
also, 150 dollars for 12 months isnt too bad.... seeing as the majority of people get bored of actually playing it after bout 6 months (if that). anyway most people get bored then come back to the game...
