At level 8 you haven't even really played the game yet, and will be lucky to find R cards. Having said that, the festival will still likely give you as many R cards in a few hours as you'll find in a few weeks at your CLv.

In my opinion, the rappy festival (first half) sucked. But this second one is awesome, i have almost doubled my % of SS cards in one day. The best changes i think are dark meteor at 6 cost, with 3ap, and double attack at 2 cost. Gi gue also costs 5. Some of the cards ive found (Dont wanna reveal them all to my opponents in the league ^^) are-
Chaos Bringer+
Gibbles+
Psycho Wand
Evil Curst
And alot more besides that.. including a card that i was told can only be recieved offline. I dont know how much lower levels will benefit from this though, witht the rappy festival, many low levels found el and egg rappies.

My new character, which I deleted Orphen with, who was my significantly better character, is only level 8. So, do not question my skill nor my cards.

Nowhere in his post I do see Risu questioning your skillz :O

Hehe - Indeed.
Your skill is irrelevant to what cards you will find, which is the topic of discussion.
I gave up questioning people's cards long ago, any fool can cheat them into existence - view the use of Counter+ (not currently findable) all over Vega.
The fun is in the finding and the using, not owning them.

I completly agree Ris.
Nothing beats the feeling of using the cards you fought hard for to find.
Besides, card dont make skillz.
The most common cards can easily beat any uber rare or hacked cards if used properly.
I still recall watching one of my friends vs a dupe user (was using Belra+, counter+ and other hacks) who did go down at the end vs my friends Teifu (was using normal mechs, Braveman, Kaladbolg and Musashi cards)

Sadly enough though, during this little festival, even if I was online, I wouldn't be able to collect anything.
