Is there a different version od D Falz once you reach Ultimate?

Nope, he does have an extra attack or two though

and He's 101x harder . Don't forget that. And his megid now has a chance to kill you (very rare).

EDIT: Also, shouldn't we call Dark Falz a she? DF's essance has no gender and it did take over Rico, who was a female. So technally, isn't the Dark Falz that we fight a female?

I can't wait till I can fight him... I want a decent challenge for a boss since the Sil Dragon and the first time I fought Falz on Hard... I think those are the only real challeneges if you have to right equipment.... The reason the Sil was so hard is because I thought he/she would be a pushover like the regular dragon was... and the reason I thought Falz was hard because everyone said I could kill him easily if I had enough HP but I was told 190 not 290...

The hard thing if getting to dark falz. :-) then just get scape dolls and get luck. The problem was i died from his megid.

I heard just have you Dark Resistance more than 20-30 and you won't get hit by it...

On ultimate, his third form was never anything near a threat to me, but the problem was the second form and that damned rabarta, since I was always too stubborn and lazy to change my units to cure/freeze.
