I want a rare mag for my RAmar, and I need the stats to equal def+dex=pow+mind. My mag right now is lvl. 109, 24/68/14/3. I don't want my power or mind up any more, but what stats should I raise? Dex or Def? And what mag should I go for, Deva or Rukmin?

Well, judge what stats to continue to raise by referring to the MAG guides on sites like pso-planet.com. Just check what type of MAG you want on the MAGs portion of the site Sol so graciously put in. Personally, out of those two, I'd aim for a Rukmin.

Ok. Well, I'm assuming I shouldn't raise my def any more, so I'll raise my Dex. a lot. Would it be easier for me just to start a new mag?

Um, hate to break it to you, but RAmars can't get anything but Pushans. Are you talking about one of your other characters pushing it to 100? Then you're gonna need to look at THEIR criteria.
Personally, I don't mess with other mags - all my characters have their first mag equipped. Other ones I just raise to level 100 (with all-25 stats) and then toss them back in the check room and grab another one. I figure since people seem to like mags so much, I'd trade a few of them this holiday season...

Well, obviously to get a Deva or Rukmin, I'd need to give it to one of my other characters for the last lvl. But the lowest lvl I could get a rare mag is lvl 140.  Oh well. Its only 39 lvls. I can get it by the end of tomarrow.

I agree. There are far too many duplicate threads about MAGs. (including Ragol's MAGs)
