U can get it from a monster, dont remember. But the other way is going onto ultimate, doing *soul of a blacksmith* quest. get the first 2 items, and once ur in the caves, do not get the green or red minerals. Go straigth to caves 3 do the whole level. And you should come across a cave with the blue minerals get one. pipe up to the station, goto the guy and ask for the selections he gives u. You can only choose one. CHOOSE WISELY AS YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS ONCE PER CHARACTER. if u choose the wand section ull get the technical crozier, if u choose the sword section i believe u'll get the god hand, or if u choose the ranger(rifle or something) you will get the supressed gun.

Its nice that everybody copy info of the item databases...
but these are wrong... its also got a little mst boost Wink i think it was 25 or 35 dont really know it exactly... i have to look at it when i'm playng pso tonight

Well, I suppose free Barta could help in some cases, but Ive heard its Level 8! And that plainly 100% sucks compared to my outstanding Level 16 Barta!
Its dropped by an enemy on Temple for Ult Pinkal. Im not telling which enemy, as I dont know.

Soul of a Blacksmith is without a doubt the easiest place to find one, so I suggest that you just play through that quest to pick up a TC.

I'd much rather get a God Hand from that quest myself. But whatever floats your boat...
