Elusive Imperial Pick

For the past month I've been trying to find an Imperial Pick. (Yes, I'm a Bluefull and I've checked the drop charts posted by heyfool.) But the drop rate for both the creatures that drop the pick, gulgus-gue and dolmdari, are pretty close. I've done aroung 30 central dome fire runs and a good number of seabed runs but no dice. So I was just wondering which creature I should be focusing on? If anyone has an opinion or advice it would be greatly appreciated!

My opinon:
play quests on forest and try get the imperial pick
cuz the difernce is 200 less gulgus gue and I dont personaly like seabed except Olga Flow that is the coolest boss

So I say go for the gulgus gue... But then again u get much more exp from Seabed :S

Gulgus Gue. They're easiest to find from them, as they're pretty common in SoaB for instance I think. Good luck again.

id say dolmdari because they are more common than the gi gue

I'd say Seabed, cuz average you find much more rares in the most advanced stages (ruins and mines at least is a better place to look for rares than forest and caves)

Well, looks like the opinions are as divided as I am about my decision (sigh). I guess I'll just keep alternating when I get bored of one area.

I have the worst luck when it comes to gulgus gues, I'm looking for god/minds with my FOmar Redria, and I have found 3 red sabers off tollaws but no god/mind :'(

Anyway, I think your best bet is going for the gulgus gues, you can do more runs in the same time than in seabed

Personally I would stick to doing Soul of a Blacksmith runs for a Pick. 11 Gulgus-gues is the highest number in any quest and as you're in Bluefull there is always the chance of a Holy ray with hit, an Agito 75 or a Heavens Punisher <.< However if you can get a team together for PW3 runs, you would get the Pick alot faster.
